We ship order to United States and Canada only.

To return an item please send us a request by email to info@varoncave.com and the reason including the order number and we will happy to help you with the process.
Refunds generally appear within 3-5 business days. The timeframe is dependent on the issuing institution not on Varon Cave.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used at the time of purchase.
